Game Viewing / Activities

Cheetah coalitions, lion prides and a plethora of plains game enjoy the lush landscapes of the Masai Mara and Mara North Conservancy. This is the perfect spot to witness the great migration, a thunderous drive of thousands of wildebeest crossing the Mara River between Kenya and Tanzania. Game drives are done in closed 4×4 vehicles with pop-up roofs and conducted early in the morning and in the late afternoon.

‘Big Five’ viewing is spectacular here with herds of elephant and buffalo ready to share their space with safari-goers at any minute. Birding is brilliant and walking safaris allow guests to truly immerse themselves into the wildlife wonder of the region. Hot air balloon safaris can also be arranged by the lodge with night drives possible in this conservancy.
