Location

Ilkeliani Mara Camp lies near the banks of the Talek River in Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve. Access is either by air from Nairobi to the Ol Kiombo Airstrip followed by a 25 minute road transfer to the Camp.

12 ensuite luxury tents subtly lit to provide the element of intimacy and relaxation, Ilkeliani Mara Camp provides accommodation of the utmost seclusion. Tents are scattered among the surrounding bush, all raised on stilts and complete with a private deck and private entrance. Overlooking vast savannah and the winding Talek River, views are captured from various angles of the tented suites due to detachable canvas walls. The living area has comfortable seating, a writing desk and standing lamp. Bathrooms boast indoor and outdoor showers, double vanity and top quality amenities. The luxury family suite has two bedrooms separated by a large living area and is perfect for families.

Game Viewing / Activities

The option of early morning and late afternoon or full day game viewing is available at Ilkeliani Mara Camp. Options of wildlife witnessing extends to walks along the river bank, keeping an eye open for marvelous birdlife and the option to search for animals from inside your hot air balloon.
