Location

Kirawira Serena Camp is situated in the Western Corridor of Serengeti National Park. It is approximately 68 miles from Seronera Airstrip and just about 10 miles from Grumeti Airstrip. Flights from Arusha to Seronera take around one hour, while flights to Grumeti take just under two hours. Those driving from Arusha should prepare for an adventurous journey of approximately eight hours.

Rooms / Tents

The camp consists of 25 luxurious, elevated canvas tents positioned on raised timber platforms. Each tent has a furnished deck overlooking the Serengeti wilderness. The interiors are styled with Edwardian elegance, including patchwork quilts, antique brass lamps, handwoven rugs, and tasteful wooden furnishings.

Guests are attended to by dedicated stewards who replenish mineral water, handle room service requests, and offer personalized assistance throughout the stay. There are 11 Double Tents with king-sized beds and 14 Twin Tents with two single beds each. Rooms feature a ceiling fan, mosquito nets, tea and coffee-making facilities, and laundry service options.

The en-suite bathrooms feature striking black-and-white floor tiles, along with a shower, toilet, and vanity. Bathrobes, slippers, and essential amenities are provided to enhance your comfort.
