Jambo Mara Safari Lodge is located at the east end of Masai Mara National Reserve — closest to African elephants’ habitat and only 1km from one of the main gates (Oloolaimutia Gate) — offering convenient access to the national reserve. The hunting cottages offer an intimate hide-away for guests who come to Masai Mara for safari trips or just to get away.
From the terrace of each cottage, guests are treated to magnificent views of the aboriginal savanna; and at nights, the spotless view of the star-lit sky.
The simple and homey design of the cottage is complemented by over-sized beds and thoughtfully outfitted en-suite facilities.
All guest cottages are of the same size, and are fixed up in the same way; the only differences are the beds — Kingsland Cottage with one king size bed; and Jambo Cottage with two full-size beds.
