Serenity on the Lake, The Serenity on the Lake is 20 km from Serengeti National Park. It is on the shores of Lake Victoria, which is the largest freshwater lake in Africa and the second biggest in the world.As an environmentally friendly resort, one of our main goals is to work with nature instead of against it. Solar power is used for everything, including the hot water and lights. There is also a backup power source for “grey” days when the sun chooses to “hide.” All trash is thrown away safely, and any that can be recycled is sent to be recycled.
