Escarpment Luxury Lodge, is a truly safari-like getaway in the famous Lake Manyara National Park. It is a very beautiful and well-thought-out property. The main cabin and chalets are hidden in a wild garden that grows right next to the edge of the Great Rift Valley. In the main area of the Lodge, there is a cozy lounge and a cute bar. The restaurant serves delicious à la carte meals made by skilled cooks. Guests can choose to eat on the main porch, which was built to take advantage of the beautiful views. Bush meals are a fun way to take care of your body and spirit.

The swimming pool is very nice, and there is a bar right next to it so people don’t have to go far to get something to drink. During their stay, guests can get a massage or spa service, or they can take a break to look around the small gift shop. There are trips to cultural villages and fun things to do like ziplining or canoeing on Lake Manyara. The Lake Manyara National Park is home to the Escarpment Luxury Lodge. The Lake Manyara Airstrip is only six miles away. For those coming from Arusha, the ride will take about 30 minutes, and the drive will take about two hours.

Rooms / Tents at Escarpment Luxury Lodge

There are only 16 Luxury Chalets at the Escarpment Luxury Lodge, and they all have stunning views of the area. From the large verandah area that comes with each house, you can enjoy the beautiful Lake Manyara. The rooms can be set up with either a king-sized bed or two small beds. They’re about 690 square feet, and the moderate colors of the walls and ceiling make the wooden floors and window frames stand out. The ceiling has dark wood beams that have been placed in an artistic way. An elegant light fixture gives the room an even more rich look.

The room has a minibar, a coffee/tea station, a phone, and air conditioning. Room service is provided, and there is WiFi. Each bed has a mosquito net over it. It has a toilet, a double vanity, and a shower in each bathroom. Guests can use a variety of bathroom amenities, as well as a bathrobe and socks, during their stay.
