Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort and Spa is located 12 miles from the Moi International Airport in Mombasa. It lies on Kenya’s north coast along spectacular beaches.

Rooms / Tents

With a large complement of rooms, 340 in total, guests are offered the chance to view the Indian Ocean, the resort’s gardens, or one of the five swimming pools. Garden View Rooms are situated on the ground, first, and second floors and offer either queen or twin-bedded configurations. Each room has either a verandah or a balcony.

The Pool View Rooms are also located on the ground floor with bedding made up of a king, queen, or twin. Views over the pools can be enjoyed from the verandah and balcony. Ocean View rooms are found on the first and second floor, with queen or twin-bedded room configurations and a balcony offering views over the beautiful ocean.

Premier, sea-facing rooms are found on either the ground, first or second floor. They are spacious and include a verandah or balcony with views over the gardens and ocean. Beds are made up of a queen or twin. There is a Premier Sea Facing Family room too, with the same amenities on offer as the Premier Sea Facing. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms which have beautiful rain showers and offer bathroom amenities for guests to enjoy during their stay. The rooms have a mini-bar, WiFi, tea/coffee-making facilities, television, and a digital safe.

Game Viewing / Activities

There are a variety of activities for guests staying at the Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa which include some fantastic alternatives such as enjoying a catamaran ride, hiking and walking tours, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Windsurfing is popular as is a turn at deep-sea fishing.

Guests wishing to play golf can do so a short distance away or have a game of tennis. Walks out to the reefs are special and for guests who may want to see the ocean from a different point of view, try cruising in their glass bottom boat! A fun outing is to the Mamba Village Crocodile Farm located four miles away.
