The Billionaire Resort & Retreat is located off Marine Park Road in Malindi, a mere three and a half miles away from the Malindi Airport. The Mombasa Moi International Airport is a two-and-a-half-hour drive away.

The Standard and Superior Rooms have a king-size bed while the Suite comprises a king-size bed and a large living area. The Master Suite has a king-size bed, a large living area, and a pool view. There are 1-bedroom Apartments of 1600 sq feet in size, 2-bedroom Apartments that are 2900 sq feet, and 3-bedroom Apartments are 4900 sq feet. Finally, there are incredible 4-bedroom Apartments that are spacious 4500 sq feet.
