Safari Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara (Approx. 265 kms / 5½ hrs with stops)

Your 3-day Masai Mara safari with Adventure In The Wild Safaris begins with an early morning transfer to Mombasa Airport for your scheduled flight to Nairobi.

• 0600 hrs: Depart Mombasa on Kenya Airways
• 0700 hrs: Arrive in Nairobi. Meet your safari guide and transfer to the Nairobi office—the safari departure hub.
• 0930 hrs: Depart Nairobi by road to the Masai Mara. The scenic drive takes you through lush highlands dotted with tea and coffee plantations and offers picturesque views of the Great Rift Valley.

En route lunch stop at Narok, a bustling Masai town. Arrive at Olmoran Tented Camp in the afternoon. Settle in, relax, and enjoy dinner under the stars.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Viewing – Masai Mara

Enjoy a full day of game drives in the Masai Mara, Africa’s most renowned wildlife reserve. This is the heart of Kenya’s safari country, home to the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino—as well as countless other wildlife species.

The Masai Mara ecosystem remains rich with wildlife all year round. You’ll enjoy unlimited game viewing, with picnic or in-camp lunches depending on the day’s sightings and route. The day ends back at camp with dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Nairobi – Mombasa

Wake up early for a final pre-breakfast game drive in the Mara. After breakfast, embark on a scenic return journey to Nairobi with several stopovers en route.

Upon arrival in Nairobi in the evening, connect with your return flight or train to Mombasa. On arrival, you’ll be transferred back to your coastal hotel to end your unforgettable Kenya safari adventure.
