Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa, is a warm stone building right at the main gate to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. It has 60 large rooms and two suites, and each one has its own private balcony with a view. Because Taita Taveta County has a lot of history, it has a museum that shows some items from World War I.

The Taita Hills Safari Resort & Spa is in South Eastern Kenya, 400 km from Nairobi and 200 km from Mombasa. It is at the main gate to the Taita Hills Sanctuary. The hotel has its own runway, which can be reached by private charter flight from Mombasa or an hour-long flight from Nairobi. On paved roads, it takes three hours to get to the sanctuary from Mombasa and six hours to get there from Nairobi.
