Travellers Beach Hotel and Club is located at Bamburi Beach, near Mombasa on Kenya’s east coast. The drive to Mombasa’s Moi Airport is a 15-mile drive.

Rooms / Tents

The 288 luxury rooms have all the modern amenities guests need to enjoy a comfortable stay in a pristine beach location. The Standard Double Rooms are located on the ground floor with garden and pool views and have a large double bed plus a sofa in the sitting area. Superior Double Rooms have a balcony that offers views over the ocean, garden, or swimming pool, and a large double bed set up with a living area as well. There are Deluxe Double Rooms with an extra-large bed, a sitting area, and a balcony boasting a view over the pool. The Junior Suite has a large double bed plus a sofa bed in the sitting room, and the balcony boasts wonderful sea views.

Each room is equipped with a mini fridge, air-conditioning, tea/coffee-making facilities, WiFi, television, a cupboard with hanging space, and a safe to keep valuables in during your stay. The decor is fresh and light with mosquito nets over the beds. All rooms are en-suite and boast a shower, toilet, and vanity with bathroom amenities for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Wonderful water activities in the warm Indian Ocean include snorkeling and windsurfing, with incredible beaches to relax on. Guests wanting to explore a little more can enjoy a visit to the Mamba Village crocodile farm located around four miles away, or discover the history of the region and Swahili tradition at Fort Jesus located six miles away. The Rabai Museum is a 12-mile drive away. At the resort, water volleyball, tennis, and indoor fun such as snooker, are available for guests to enjoy.
