The infinity pool has views of the fields, and there is a lounge and bar area where people can relax between safari walks. The location of Serengeti Serena Lodge

The Serengeti Serena Lodge is right in the middle of the Grumeti area of Serengeti National Park. It is close to the Lodge and the Grumeti River. The Lodge is also close to the Western Corridor of the Great Migration. It would take eight hours to drive from Arusha to the Grumeti Airstrip, so it is better to take a one-hour ride. There are beautiful views along the way on the way to the camp, which will take less than two hours.

Around the infinity pool, 65 beautiful and unique guest rooms and one suite are arranged in a cluster of thatched-roofed “rondavels” that look like beehives or something from The Flintstones. As far as the eye can see, these rooms have great views of open savannah and rough fields. From these rooms, you can see amazing wildlife.

Soft, earthy tones and pops of color in the beds and rugs go well with dark wood furniture and traditional African art. There are five triple rooms, 22 twin rooms, and 38 double rooms. Every room has a patio with a view of the Mbingwe Valley. Two of the rooms are good for people who have trouble moving around.

Each room has a standing fan, WiFi, a safe to keep belongings, a writing desk and chair, and a way to make tea or coffee. Room service is available 24 hours a day. There is a mosquito net over the king-size bed in the Serengeti Suite. There is also a TV, a minibar that is fully stocked, and a nice living room. The Suite is in a separate area from the other rooms.
