Location

Jambo Mutara Camp is situated in the Mutara Conservancy, next to Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya’s Nanyuki region. The camp is accessible by a five-hour drive from Nairobi along the Embu-Nairobi Highway/Meru-Nairobi Highway/A2. Alternatively, guests may fly from Wilson Airport in Nairobi to the Nanyuki Airstrip and complete the journey to the camp with a scenic road transfer.

Rooms / Tents

The camp features 15 elegant and eco-friendly safari tents, tastefully decorated in soft beige and white tones, complemented by beautiful, well-placed furniture. Each tent includes a large, four-poster double bed and en-suite facilities. Six of the tents feature outdoor bathtubs for a luxurious open-air soak under the sky.

Families are accommodated in a Family Tent that provides an interleading space, allowing one room to be configured with two beds. For guests seeking the ultimate luxury, the Presidential Tent offers a private outdoor jacuzzi and a high level of comfort and exclusivity.

All tents are designed with tall canvas ceilings that allow ample light, and private decks provide an ideal setting to watch the wilderness unfold. A separate living area can accommodate two single beds for younger guests. Each tent is equipped with an in-room safe, mini-bar, fresh drinking water, and tea/coffee-making facilities.
