The main room has a beautiful bar that stands tall in the middle of it, and the eating room has individual tables with views of the crater. There is a quiet place for clients to sit and relax in the lounge area, with soft sofas and views of dams and beautiful scenery that are open to all guests.

There are a lot of different types of massages available at the Ngorongoro Serena, and there is also a gift shop on site. At Ngorongoro Serena, guests can relax at the spa and look around the gift shop during their stay. On-site services include a meeting room and child care, and guests can go on trips to a nearby Maasai village.

The location of Ngorongoro Serena

The Ngorongoro Serena is right on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater Conservancy, with a view of the well-known Ngorongoro Crater Game Park. It will take about 30 minutes to fly from Arusha Airport to Lake Manyara Airstrip. From there, it will take 80 minutes to drive to the Ngorongoro Serena. From Arusha, the trip will take about three and a half hours if people want to drive.

Rooms / Tents at Ngorongoro Serena

There are 74 high-end guest rooms and one suite, and all of them have a stunning view of the Ngorongoro Crater. Each room has a verandah surrounded by rocks, and the rooms themselves have dark floors and cream walls with bold rock art that goes well with the bright, African-inspired throws that are spread over the clean, white sheets. Guests can keep their goods in the safe while they stay. There is also a small desk, chair, and a place to make tea and coffee.

It has a king-size bed, a lounge room, a TV, and a minibar. The Guest Suite is called the Kimba Suite. There is WiFi and room service in every room and suite. There is a toilet, a desk, and a bath with an overhead shower in each en-suite bathroom. Guests can use eco-friendly bath products while they are there.
